Spring/Summer Newsletter

We hope you enjoy the new issue of our newsletter, Pomegranate Blossoms. This issue shares the fruits of our reflection on the current pandemic situation, in the ways that it has affected the Church and as it has personally affected some of the nuns. We share photos that we received from families who benefited from our "Holy Week and Pascha in the Domestic Church" guide, ideas and resources for praying at home, book recommendations and personal reflections.

We hope you'll take some time to read it! God bless you!

  1. I am a cradle Catholic and Secular Carmelite for the last twenty years. I have just listened to three of your podcasts and have fallen head over heals in love with the Byzantine rite. I use to listen to Fr. Michael on the "Catholic stuff you should know" podcast and so much that he talked about resonated with me. Now, I yearn to learn more, but there is no Catholic Byzantine church on the western slope of Colorado. What can I read to learn more? Can I incorporate Byzantine rite with my Roman Catholic practices? There is a beauty and reverence that I have never seen in your Liturgy.
God bless you, Fr. Michael and Sr. Natalia.
